Their website is at http://www.udoncabana.com/UDONCABANA/Map.html and judging by the map at that site, the hotel is just north and to the left of the Ban Hui market. Looks to me like you'd have to turn left onto a small sidestreet off of Udondutsadee (Hwy 2 to Nongkai).

i poked my head in there last year to snap a picture. it is just as the map describes. if heading north
on udondusadi, make left at intersection of ban huai market (phonpisai rd) then head-in about
50m and the entrance to udoncabana would be on your right. 5,900 month plus utilities on last report. :-k

I've been to Udon 6 times now and this was my first stay in Udon Cabana, previous stays included Lotus CondHotel, Ruysuk and Top Mansion. I'd thoroughly recommend Udon Cabana. B450 per night which is higher (by roughly 60-100B) than those mentioned, but a month stay works out a B5,900, that's under B200 per night! Rooms are excellent, nice size, very clean, but also very Thai, ie the staff do not talk much English, but you should get buy. Water is included. You pay for electricity only at the end of the month. Inc air con/fridge/TV/Shower/balcony/individual size etc.
Has a lift too! Breakfast downstairs before 10am
