In this case,''winner'' is referring to not setting someone up to be taken advantage of.I feel a certain responsibility towards the individuals, as introductions to someone because he is falang,smacks of a lack of real good intentions.

i get asked regarding finding a male farang for a T/girl but i don't wish to get involved,funny really because i have a friend a UK farang male that has asked me several times to find him a Thai lady friend,
i have declined several times he don't even want a 21 year old more like 35 plus looks not too important and he is comfortable money wise, but i still don't want to get involved.

a lot of them have a very hidden agenda. a neighbour thai womens hubby was quite happy for his wife to get married to a farang for a few years ,send back the cash per month and then her return when they were financially stable again.

Not uncommon here!Hear storys about the ''brother''(husband)attending the wedding,being in pictures together,going on ''family'' outings together!
I guess it is not much different than sending the daughter off to be a prostitute to support the family!
