Now if you want Ambrosia ( brand name ) that comes in a tin which you say you do not want. Now you say you want short grain rice which is correct for rice puddings again the answer is Thailand.

Now if you are a little lazy and do not want to do the same as the rest of the expats here which is go shopping then good luck with your survival here.

It is that simple you can find it in Tesco, Big C, Tops, Macro and many more small stores.

Cherm chim choice has tinned Ambrosia (Brand) and again, you will not find (ambrosia loose rice brand name) here but you will find short grain rice maybe you should be more clear with your original post and as for tolling look at your self.

I've made rice pudding with Thai Hom Mali (Jasmine rice) and it was very good. Hom Mali is the same rice used to make khao suay.

Jasmine rice mentioned by Shado sounds like a good idea, have checked both Tescos and not stocking Arborio rice at the moment Len,however VM has a number of options :D 8)
