Fitness Centers in Nong Khai?

Hello All, I will be moving to Nong Khai in about a month for a change of scenery. I have lived in Thailand since 2008, first in Bangkok then to Roi Et. I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any good places to work out in Nong Khai. I would prefer a place with a good selection of free weights and dumbells if there is any such place. Can anyone help me out? Thanks! Brian

Oi, I Do NOT Use Fitness Centres as you well know....Funny Ar*e....

But Yes I Do know one,Its on the main A2 Udon-Nongers road, Almost as you hit the main lights in Nong Khai,Just past Tesco/Lotus on the left hand side of the road, It's a Large Yellow Painted Building,And I Have seen people on Running Machines in there So I Guess that would be a fitness Centre...

Thanks Alan, I will check it out when I get there at the beginning of March. After five months in Antarctica I feel the need to sweat!
