Had that sweet & sour pork today. At first the waitress didn't know what I was talking about so I spotted BQ ribs on the table menu and ordered them, but apparently someone in the kitchen put her straight about the Chinese dishes and she came to tell me I could have, so I ended up with both' but my wife helped me to eat them .She had never had Chinese food before but she said she really enjoyed it, for me both them and the ribs were mouth watering. However I was full again and had no room for those blueberry pancakes again .Think I am going to have them first next time or I'll never get them . :-"
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

Great to have you in again TB, -Chef Nooy glad to straighten out the staff when needed, -they're now trained to ask the chefs what specials are on & we print pics & keep them on the check-bin board. :D

Glad you & the wife enjoyed the food. Blueberry pancakes at the ready for your next visit, -and hopefully the street / parking lot mirror in at Tool Pro Plus soon so we can install it. :D

So far so good, -the Sweet & Sour Pork Cantonese style has been the top seller out of the 3, across all of the groups that come in.

Items like this end up being easy to add in to the Main Menu, suggestions always welcome.

Already working on options for next week's Specials, -if anyone's got a vote, drop us a line or mention it when in.

Also worth regular mention, our hours are TUESDAY - SUNDAY 10AM to 9PM, CLOSED MONDAYS.

CREPE MILLE very similar to this one next on Chef Nooy's target list, last one we made sold very well, so on the permanent menu now as we add to the collection of desserts.

Chow Mein looks nothing like that, that is spaghetti with bacon and spring onions and carrots, Chow Mein in my language is braised mince with cabbage and a few extras what ever you like, check with Steve at T bar he would know.

Looks ok to OT, this is the same sort of chow me in you would find in most Thai places. Of course there are different versions, for instance the chow mein you get from Chow individual, a popular chain restaurant all over the world, is just vegetables in a gravy sauce whereas chow mein ordered from a Chinese takeaway in England could be rice noodles with chicken or whatever. The Braised mince with cabbage you have described as chow mein is something new to me, however if I was served that as chow mein I would just think to myself " not what I was expecting" and just smile as us English normally do.
One other thing, I doubt there is any bacon as you have said in the Chow Mein with chicken in the photo.

OT................ \:D/

Hi, I'm Chef Nooy and this is my recipe and you are mistaken.

There is NO BACON in my recipe. And the noodles are EGG noodles. Cabbage, Carrots, Green Pepper, Chicken Breast, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil.

If you have never eaten it here you DON'T know what you are talking about.
