Had a look at this place today:

use of the word "hostel" in their name is a mega huge mistake, low end backpackers will not go there for 800 baht or 1800 baht.
to someone like myself, "hostel" means flea bag and, bed bug ridden cots, a low end dump, cheap backpackers accomodation, share a toilet and showers like a high school locker room.
Just the name alone will cost them to lose big money.

one of the nicest, cleanest places I stayed at is on Soi Jintakam right after the curve coming from Tahan road, it was 450 a night, all new, all modern, LCD TV, wifi, nice sheets and bed, good places to eat downstairs............and tons of cute students in short black skirts cruising around.

All I can advise is stop by and get a brochure. Photos of the rooms in their brochure looked very nice.
Also, I'm sure the staff would allow you to take the elevator up and view a couple rooms. I didn't have time.

I agree, the word "Hostel" is very misleading... It is anything but "a low end dump".

the "s" in "hostel" will cost them $$$ "hotel" would be OK
