Remember if your car / bike whatever is paid for private insurance is optional, you do not need private insurance to drive legally on the road, as long as you have the tax disk and book stamped it's legal to drive.

I have 1st level insurance on both my car and pickup but only cause I'm still paying them off, I will when they are paid off get 2ndl level insurance and value the car at what I think it's worth and also to protect myself of an accident with another car and they claim from me

well you didn't identify "personal insurance" but everyone who goes in to pay their vehicle tax has to produce the liability insurance certificate..

All I know is that "ASSETS INSURANCE" is the worst.
I experienced this myself.
After 3 years with them I had an accident then I realized my mistake having my car insurance with this company.
over 1 hour to arrive, poor service, and hard to claim.
Also long approval process, they took about 1 month approve the parts before start fixing my car.
Not anymore with this one and hope no one has to face this same thing I did.
