I have 1 year visa extension renewal next week, could somebody who has recently applied/received give me a checklist of what I need to take

How are you doing the renewal, based on monthly income or money in the bank?

If you plan to leave Thailand and want to come back within the peiod, you also need to buy a Return Permit, 1000B for single and 3800B for multiple entries.

If you get it at swampy 1000 with receipt plus 200 no receipt for single tip, tea money or scam I do not know.

My last visit was July, visa extension with 800k in bank, took bank book, letter from bank & house papers, that was it, took less than one hour.
Forms, pictures are all computerised now, they did it all.
