Had a Bagette at the Irish Clock last visit. The roll was superb, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Only critsism was a poor salad and no Mayo in sight. Probably just a bad hair day but never mind!polehawk wrote:Play it again, Sam?![]()
Haven't heard or read a derogatory about Irish Clock's breakfast so they have moved to the top of my list of places to try. Just remembered how I used to pass up the SOS (runny gravy with chopped up bits of hamburger, usually too much salt in it) in the mess halls. A lot of us were convinced they were slipping us saltpeter in the SOS. Guess the Cali Cafe will have to wait awhile.
