Quite often when logging on - it will show half a dozen unread posts (the little pink colour square thingys) - however I know full well that I already read some of those yesterday and yet it is still showing as an unread post - any ideas why ???

Your not on your own, it's a relatively recent phenomena which (until your post) I thought was just me having more senior memory moments #-o

- it seems like it is some kind of forum cookie problem - but I'm no expert, so over to Lee for a solution .........

In Australia at the moment and I have been experiencing the same. And again I'm glad you brought it up so not only me either.

seems i get logged out when i click a page...cleaned out cookies seems ok, have to do i regular every 2 weeks or so.

Yes it's a cookie problem which I haven't managed to work out yet. I'm hoping that when we change over to phpbb3 later this year the problem will sort itself out.

I understand that it's annoying but I will do my best to fix it.
