Private Messages

I have heard rumors that private messages sent on UM can be read by the moderators and Webmaster, is this true or not. Straightforward question - looking for a straightforward answer..

Yep heard this also and would also like an answer.
Isn't it illegal to do that in the UK where Thailand has seemed to have copied much of its legislation from :-k

Seem to remember reading that somewhere.

OT, I have moved this from general Udon Thani forum to forum help & support.

Phpbb forum software or any forum software that I'm aware of does not allow moderators or admin to gain access to any private message data other than their own. If you wish you can do a Google search on phpbb forums to confirm this.
