The hospital can be a real nightmare to park near as well, so might 'tick' a couple of boxes.

Good choice of hotel, then get a girl to come in and get to wear a saucy nurses outfit, to take care and give some treatment.

Prajaktra will be booked - thanks.

88, I will put your suggestion to Mrs Spratt, who will be accompanying me - including the extensive "throne" time the evening before when I start taking the "cleansing" fluids. :D

It would have been fine 88, but it seems Udon General is the only hospital in Udon Province which does colonoscopies.

If the owner of that delucious doot on your avatar will also be getting the procedure, I'll hold the camera! \:D/

P.S. - If you're getting a colonoscopy, let me know how it goes. I still haven't gotten that colonoscopy after the Aek fiasco.

About 6 years ago I had a colonoscopy in Udon General hospital. I first went to AEK and they put me in touch with a gastro-enterologist who came to AEK twice a week, but who worked out of UG. I saw him at AEK, but he wanted me to go to UG to have the procedure carried out there, as that was where he had all the relevant equipment.

I am concerned that I might need to go for another one soon. Something I do not relish, particularly as they do them without any anesthetic.

The idea of overnighting at a hotel next door sounds a good idea. One would need to make sure they had western style toilets!!

Arjay, per the American Cancer Society colonoscopy should be done every 10 years for people over 50, so you still have a few more years to go.
