Tony the Tiger Taylor.....it was my fortunate experience to buy tickets behind homeplate at a Marlins game several years ago and find out that Senor Tony and his wife were sitting (sat for brits) right next to us. He turned out to be a very personable and friendly guy who loved to talk baseball to anyone around him. He did mention that the team he enjoyed playing for most was the 1972 Tigers with Manager Billy Martin, Al Kaline, Norm Cash, Bill Freehan and Mickey Lolich.

I was going to have a rant about dogs and dog owners who allow their beloved pets to bark, yap and howl all night long and force me to sleep with my windows shut but even then I can still clearly hear them so I'm to friggin tired

i agree roy its driving me mad were im staying theres 8 yappy dogs that bark from dawn till dusk they bark at anything and everything and sometimes nothing at all its not as though you can say that there to protect the house coz no one ever gets up to see what there barking at someone could walk into the house and take what they wanted and they would sleep thru it on the other side of me theres another dog that barks all day its kept in a cage under the window went round the other day to have a word pulled up and the thai lady is sat no more than 2 foot away watching the tv how she can sit and listen to that i will never know anyway she come out the house with a face like a smacked ar.se wanted to have a word with her norwegian husband but think i got my point across she took it in great no barking result .WRONG it only lasted a day sat here now on computer the gogs going ape sh.t looked out the window and theres the norwegian guy dancing round with this new puppy teasing the other dog i give up think its time to have a word with one of the bib i know to have a word any ideas.

get your self a set of ear plugs BIB wear them all the time except when collecting tea money

good idea Aardvark i was thinking of useing a method ive used before in the uk it consists of 3 tamazapan capsules 4 laxatives and a mars bar its very effective

Maybe I will move my speakers on to the balcony and pump out Death Metal at full volume from dusk to dawn and when they come round to complain just shrug and say "Sorry it's my pet Rock Band, there's nothing I can do about it"

It's not the dogs I have a problem with, it's their human carers. I think are just incredibly selfish to inflict their passion for canine karaoke on all around them. One young couple a few doors down has 5 dogs on their small plot. One starts, they all start and then so do all the others in the neighbourhood and the new one directly opposite just goes at it all night. They are driving me mad
Have as many dogs as you like but at least try to train them!

I was thinking of offering free sound activated citrus collars to all but I would probably find them hanging in the toilets so Yai can clap her hands after a number two and the world becomes Lemony fresh again

couldnt agree with you more roy its the owners if you let a dog bark it will do thats what dogs do ive had dogs for 30 years everything from patterdale terriers wich are bred to yap right up to english bullterriers ,staffordshire bullterriers.pitbulls.and american bulldogs not one of them barked like these thai dogs because from an early age if they started yapping they got a slap on the nose with a rolled up newspaper a few days of this and job done no yapping it anoys me the way the owners sit there with this stupid vacant look on there faces and let the dogs yap its all down to a little basic training its costing me a fortune in singha just so i can get me head down

Report them to the Local Council...they will do something through the Noise Abatement Society laws.....whoooops.....hold on thats back home.....
