[/quote) Hi Papaguido, did you realise at the time that you were being ripped off at Richmond Steakhouse or after you left? If you did, don't you think on reflection that you should have politely pointed it out and tried to resolve it then and not report it here?
I realise it is sometimes difficult to resolve issues for many different reasons but if it was a genuine mistake and then reporting it here does the Richmond steakhouse a dis-service, on the other hand if you felt that the rip off had purpose, what was the rip off, how much etc. etc.... Care to share so that we can all take precautions if we happen to venture into the establishment in question.

First off it happen a while back about 3mos ago, so I don't recall all the details except we were over charged for our meal. My intention wasn't to "report" it on the forum it was more of a rant. Otherwise I would have "reported" soon after I could get my fingers on the keyboard. After paying for our meal, we left and then discussing the bill on the way home we realized we were over charged about 65 bt. Half way home with two whiny kids in the back seat was enough for us to let it go.
Another reason for us not returning besides "possibly" being over charged and something I didn't want to bring up in my post about hamburgers & fries because it's already been done to death. That's smoking, the restaurant allows smoking, at least back then it did. When we first entered the restaurant there was only one customer smoking, which was tolerable. Then more customers arrived and lit up. Soon after our food arrived and we decided to suck it up (no pun intended) and have our meal. The real clincher was as when we finished our meal, the cook (or someone that appeared to be the cook) appeared from the kitchen with half of a consumed cigi hanging from her lips. So obviously there was more to it, but as I said the other post was about "the best hamburgers and fries", my mistake for ranting about being 'ripped off".
