Rump steak, fresh prawns, ice cold beer at Aussie Burger Bar.

Postby Sport » November 15, 2010, 4:38 pm

Starting this Friday 19 Nov and every Friday till further notice between 4pm and 8pm, you can have a 300gm rump steak (about 2/3 of a pound)cooked on the BBQ at the Aussie Burger Bar. We have a small courtyard out the back of the bar with tables chairs a few trees and the BBQ. I will be supervising the cooking, so it wont get f...... up and if your not satisfied...its free. It is local Thai beef and I am more than happy with the quality. The steak with vegetables or home made chips is 280B.

Also we will be cooking up fresh prawns(shrimp) that day and it will be 130B, 1/2 kg with thousand island dressing or mayonaise or both with bread/butter.

If you want a great hamburger, the best in Udon Thani, we will cook it for you on the BBQ as well with a hickory smoke sauce flavour. Our hamburgers are the biggest seller in the bar and no-one can rival our burger selection, none of that uncooked onion, peppers, cucumber stuff on them, just a plain greasy burger.

Our everyday menu will be available.

Thanks
Rob.

Just want to say thanks to Udonmap for setting up this site, without this site it would be difficult for members and the casual observers to know what is happening in Udon. Last night we sold 9 steaks, 14 hamburgers and 4 lots of freshly cooked prawns and menu food. We asked some of the customers how did they know about the steak and prawn night, they saw the advertising on Udonmap.

Thanks Udonmap,
Rob and staff.

Rob

u need to update ur profile pict so we can see these steaks / burgers and prawns.

BTW, I had mama with some fried chicken added to it, as the people who are employed to provide us with food, here in Nakonstan cant cook to save their life.

Tandori chicken wings, careful careful spicy spicy !! ha ha ha, 1 shake of a McCormacks Tandori mix from a bottle over 20 KG of chciekn does wonders ! LOL

There are a few "respectable" (i.e. not likely to fill your pc up with spam :D ) sites that are offering live ashes streaming.
Could be an option if you can link a pc to the TV....just depends on download speed - ASDL required to make it anything like watchable I imagine. :D

The Western Digital multimedia box ( 4600 B ) is just what is needed, even has the HDMI slots as well.

The problem is my AIS 3G stick just wont work for it ! slow Edge speed.

No luck with the Australia network Waz. I emailed them a week ago asking will they be showing any cricket or any other forms of Australian sport on their network. Received an email back from the operations manager stating in part that' no sports will be televised other than the existing programs on at the moment. Sponsorship and the rights to the sports have stopped their broadcasts'. Australia network will show the AFL and NRL in 2011. Back to the ham radio.
