Sai Tong Resort is located in a quiet corner of town only minutes away from the busy city area. They offer self-contained bungalows for rent with all modern amenities including: Hot water shower with bath tub, king size beds, cable TV, Wi-fi Internet, lounge area with sofa, small kitchen with microwave and fridge. Next to the bungalow is a car port and private balcony. Room rates start at 400bt to 1,200bt. Long term rates are available. Airport pickup is available also.
There is a restaurant on site and small bar. A swimming pool is currently under construction and will be completed soon.

When adding new businesses such as this could you also provide the Map Ref if possible? Most of us using short term facilities are not familiar with the street addresses. Also, the maps provided with the announcement are not much use as the road names, etc. are in Thai.

Charlie, if you zoom out on the google map above it will give you a pretty good idea where it's located. Also to display Google maps and search results in English, go to Google.com and click 'Google in English' under the search text box.

The resort is located S/E Udon near the horse racing ground.

Any prices yet for staying one year or longer ? The place looks really nice, hope they wont do what many do and price themselves out the market for long term occupancy. Low season is upon us shortly so imagine that will be taken into consideration.

Hi Lee, Have tried the numbers you gave me, the first one said the number is not correct and the other one never answered after phoning all day. So i dont know how they expect to get any business. If you happen to know approx how much for long stay could you let me know then i can either dismiss it or keep trying.

Hi Peter, I'm sorry about the contact numbers, the owner has just informed me the numbers are wrong on their business card. I have amended the post above with the correct numbers. I think it's better if you call them direct because they have various rooms sizes and rates.

Hi, just checked prices for this resort. Way over the top wanting 20,000 a month for long term stay. Very few customers i reckon for that price come low season.

Numbersman,the prices quoted in their original post shows 400-1200 baht so how much discount did they offer you,none or nearly 550 baht per month (1200 - 650) judging by the 20k per month.Use of swimming pool and new bungalows,wifi etc and not far from the town centre at 650 baht per day sounds reasonable if a/c is included.

Can you not contact 4 peaks residence and choose a longterm rental there?

I've had several friends, one with a large family stay there for a few days and all were quite satisfied with the overall cleanliness and value for money..
