Re: Returning Jihadi Brides.

The UK government would be very foolish to allow this women to return. If they allow her back then won't they have to allow allow other Islamic terrorist women to return. And if they let the female Islamic terrorists back in how can they deny the return of male Islamic terrorists?

Re: Will Trump make the Grade.

This is an interesting opinion as to why President has so much trouble with his appointments. "President Trump made the mistake of deciding to select cabinet members, department heads, and advisors, from among those with government experience. The reality is that he represents an existential threat ...

Re: Alternatives to Thailand

IMO there are no desirable or realistic alternatives to Thailand for those who can afford a comfortable life there. If you have ten million baht in the bank and a monthly government check for say 60,000 baht or more you can afford to take vacations from Thailand and enjoy the ambiance and pleasures ...

Re: Granite Countertops

I've installed new kitchen cabinets in my U.S. condo and am about to order the countertop. The choices are among granite and quartz slabs. The slabs are one inch thick. I've viewed the warehouse supply of slabs and they all appeared to have the same thickness. Granite is very resistant to staining. ...

Re: Buying US Dollars

Four years ago I cashed in some Thai baht at the Bangkok Bank for several hundred U.S. dollars with no fuss. I did this inside the bank, not at an exchange window. Did not give it a thought at the time. Is it different now?
