Unfortunately it looks like the problem lies with the Google weather datafeed. I've tried 3 plug-ins from different developers over the past day or so and each plugin returns the same errors. If it continues I will disable the weather altogether and look for an alternative solution.

Hi KB, the system cache was enabled and was set at 15 minutes so I disabled this and it has fixed the problem.

I've just done a couple of tests and as far as I can see there is a time lag of a approx 2-3 minutes. I'm not sure what's causing it but will post here if I find out.
