Short term bank loan

Just to ask if anyone has experience of a short term bank loan here. I MIGHT have need of only 500,000 baht loan for just 3 months to smooth me over a project, awaiting the payment of more pension money. I could only offer my current pension, proof of future lump sum and (reluctantly) land chanot, if necessary.

I've heard interest rates for short time loans are steep.
