Agree, certainly doesn't look to be 90% complete. Probably means 90% of the buget is gone. Or more.

I passed by the hotel today. There's a fancy sign with the hotel name up on the premises, but judging by the outside, they're still a fair way off from opening. Big C will be within walking distance, but not much else.
Slightly off topic, but: Can anyone name a privately owned (family managed) hotel in the country that has been opened for a few years and continues to offer international quality service/standards?

Bubbles, the Thai year 2554 is 2011 for us, just subtract 543 years from the Thai year to get our year.

Thanks stantheman it looks it wont be finished this year then, does anyone know the opening date yet, going by the blokes on the forum it will still be a long time,
