i have recently used rail link to swampy . excellent service for 15 bht.
for mo chit , just depart the train at a bts connection station .
you will find all the connection information at the rail link station in swampy .

From the arival hall in Swampy, take the automatic stairs or ellevator to the basement, you wil see the sign fore the train, take the blue line tilL Phaya Thai, change to the skytrain direction Mo Chit. Or take taxi direction Mo Chit (+-100Bath) Have done this yesterday to take the night train from Dom Muang trainstation

From a other treat postet here.

End to end from Phaya thai BTS station to the Airport station is 30 minutes. the train leaves from either end every 15 minutes. Special Promotion cost till Jan 1st "15 Baht" one way. "The Airport end station is underneath the area where the public taxis pick folks up" .. "You just walk to the end of the ground floor and you'll see the signs and elevator going down to the train station". There's also a Subway restaurant and a coffee shop adjacent to the station.
