Upstair for the smokers and downstairs for nonsmokers would be a good venue!Of course the smokers would be inconvenienced in having to climb stairs and not smoke entering and exiting :lol:

If it was a free market, that hypothesis could be tested; unfortunately the big brother nanny state legislators eliminated the free market and self loading freight now does not have a choice
