Must admit, that certainly sounds like a "SPECIAL xmas dinner"

In fact (apart from the cream) I don't think there is one item that you would normally find in a "traditional xmas dinner"

I would hazard a guess there are many and varied 'traditional Xmas dinners' depending on which part of the world you're from. ;)

OT's gonna have matoke (boiled bananas) with beans, all washed down with more pints than you can imagine. That should do the trick.

well wayne,
do not leave them bother you about what a xmas diner should be...., enlighten us..., turkey , and turkey, who has made this ridiculous rules what to eat eat on what festive day? not my style at all, i do not care as long as it is good.....,
bananas with beans not really my thing OT, but maybe good for flushing the internal system next day :D ,
the beers i will take tough..., and as of lamb with a mint sauce , sounds delicious , anyway here the traditional diner .
( lunch) will be pizza seafood, pizza pepperoni etc, dessert chocolate mousse , traditional or not? my thai family won't care they will lick their plates empty as usual when i cook something.....
anyway merry xmas to all and enjoy what ever you will eat.... \:D/
