sport - home gym

Hi,
does someone know where in Udon I can buy Dumbbells, Weights a Bench etc. for a home gym ?

I am from Germany I will visit my wifes family for several weeks.

4th. floor of Robinsons has all sorts of sports equipment for sale..Don't know if that is the cheapest or best selection though as I have never bought.
Maybe you should ask Glyn at Englishmans' Retreat as he kitted out their gym not long ago...

I've looked around myself and the only place that I've seen a decent weight bench is in Sports World in the Charoensri shopping complex. You can find weights and dumbbells at Tesco, Macro and Big C, but the better quality weights are in Sports World.

There's also a fitness equipment shop between Big C and Macro on the opposite side of the road. I haven't been inside so can't tell you if they got one, just thought I'd mention it.

Yes, Charoensri shopping complex, Robinsons same place, in the centre of town. Sports World is on the 4th. floor, just about the only shop on that floor (apart from a couple of language schools & a beauty salon).

Robinsons is in the Charoensri shopping complex. I forgot they have equipment there too, but never really checked it out.
