station cafe

Postby aznyron » July 11, 2008, 7:39 am

I stopped by there last evening had a couple of cheeseburgers
I must say they were as good as harry bar and Tony from Scotland who owns the place gave me a sample of his Bolognese spaghetti sauce
and I must say it also was very tasty. it a small place near the rail road station you eat out side he does not have accommodations for eating inside
but for a quick meal while visiting the N/M I recommend the place and will go back cheers & jolly ho and all those hi from the food critic Ron LOL

Stopped in last week and the burger was a good one. Owner brought out some special mustard to slabber on it and was very tasty. Nice people watching and eating area next to the night market stalls, Phon's Tattoo Studio and the train station. You can sit down and order from D-Corner, Station Cafe or the Thai food offerings to name a few. Looked around a bit for Carpy's Cart but unable to find it. :D

Thank you, Fatman. A well renowned "portly" chef in Hawaii, always used to say:

I had the pleasure of stopping by the Station Cafe the other day. I must say, I was Very Pleased indeed. Started with Tony's homemade chili, Excellent !!!! Very Tasty, spicy, full of meat !!! One thing missing though, crackers !!!! Had the hamburger and must agree with Ron, as good as Harry's, mine was had with the works, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and a slice of ham ( it is a HAMburger after all  ) The bun was large, but unlike some places, the burger actually fit the bun  !!! Washed it all down with 2 large Leo's, total damage, 245 B, I think one of the best deals in Udon!!!

Oh, almost forgot, the EYE candy is Very Sweet also

Best of Luck Tony & May
