Steve's Fish & Chips

Postby merchant seaman » April 1, 2010, 11:36 am

Can anyone tell me when Steve's Fish & Chips, next to the Irish Clock, is going to open? Sign hanging out front for months says opening soon.

I know. Just wondering why the shop next door. Left Udon last week to go back to sea for 4 months. Maybe it will be open when I return

I have it on good authority that it isn't next door to the Irish Clock, but "Steve's Fish & Chips" will be opened next door to "Steve's Sports Bar".
It will be warm and crackly (just like his sound system), but he has a saveloy to die for.
Texpat will be the Guest of Honour at the opening night in the hopes that he enjoys the British contribution to international haute cuisine

you all are making my head hurt just reading this thread....... ](*,)

Steve's F / C, if official name and located next to sports bar, i haven't a clue

Steve and Mali Gordon (ex management team from IC).....yes, they are opening a F/C shop w/other menu items next door to the IC, and quite possibly open now, or later this week, as we chit chatted with him a few days ago.........best of luck to them, though doubt if they will need it.....not a fried fish fan myself, but may stop in just for the hell of it....... \:D/

ok.........logging out

Will it be in line with Ramsey's fish and chips? Chips are made from special Variety spuds and batter is unique!
Maybe Steve a ex fish and chip frier.
Never yet had fish and chips same as in Uk in Thailand!
