STREAM TV

I fell for the emails and bought STREAM TV, got it all downloaded onto my computer...However, I cannot get it to work, I get no TV, no channels. Do I need a better internet connection? If so, which. I currently have TOT.
I have written customer service so many times they no longer answer me.
HELP.

There are a number of companies that offer free streaming TV.
I don't recognise the name, is it called something else?
I do not believe it is connection speed, i.e. your service provider, that is the issue. Even if you only had 'dial up' connection speed you would see the programs, just they would take so long to load as to be pretty unwatchable.
It could be that the software program is not working properly, but many of the streaming sites are actually of dubious legal status (they violate others copywrite) & it could be that the site is actually on the Thai Governments' banned list & so that is the issue..
