While banks in the U.S. use RTN numbers they also have Swift codes, for example Bank of America swift code is BOFAUS3N for U.S. currancy and they have a seperate code for other country money transfers.bamakmak wrote:Not correct. I believe as Switzerland is surrounded by European countries and where the Euro is widely used I guess it has the same Banking codes. I did a transfer from Oz to Switzerland a couple of years ago, and the IBAN is the code that was required.
