If it is UdonMap you can see the company registration number on the frontpage, cause UM is a company.
If you are sure they sell advertisements or recruit sponsors in Thailand, that website have commercial activities in Thailand and thus must have a company registration number. Nothing to do with where the server/hosting of that site is. Its then a (Thai) company and maybe a lawyer can request that company to remove your picture(s) or you request yourself first and telling them legal actions will follow.
