Yes in fact there are two, one is a govt sponsored one which opffers some training but limited the other is udon health school and Thai massgae, it takes some time to be qualified, not a quick weeks course this i assure you.
My ex used to teach there.
it is on sirisuk road near the end where you turn right down to the traffic lights.
as yo pass the rear entrance to ratchanu school it is on the left, not a large sign, the soi is small. Tha lady does speak quite good english. I have no idea of costs buit I am assured thet the training is very good.

oh well I was studying in the school K. Paul mentioned during my summer break from the uni! actually you can request for a shorter time course, if the teacher see you are able to make it then she may be kind and allowed you to pass before any students. For me i took my foot massage course for a week since I had to go back to university;I had to past the test first for finishing faster than other. Normal course take 60 hours to complete, there are many kind of all thai massage and the school has friendly and nice enviroment. (reasonable price as well)
good luck
