Well as an outsider looking in I see where Obama is lubricating the printing presses in readiness for Aug 2nd. Notice the money markets are reacting already. USD lost a Baht during July and falling steadly against major currencies.

Going to be an interesting 2nd half of the year.

fdimike, I appreciate your comment; however, I did go to Snopes.com and couldn't find anything at all. It really doesn't matter whether it was written by the Israeli or someone else. It's still just one man's opinion. I could have written it myself and it would have been worthwhile reading for the forumites.

makes what was written a bit more than "just one man's opinion", because it gives what was written an aura of expertise and authority ie a doctor; a psychologist; and given his extensive writing, you could be forgiven for thinking an "expert" on narcissism.

I disagree. The lead sentence 'gives credence' to the article, when no credence is due. The article wasn't written by a psychologist with extensive background in the study of narcissism. In fact, it was written by the same person who has penned such articles as, "Understanding Obama: The Making of a Fuehrer" and other defining articles like "Dr. Ali Sina, "Obama Came To Power Via Fraud. He Is Not A ’Natural Born’ U.S. Citizen," in which he refers to follows of Obama as his gestapo. In fact, it seems that anything the man writes about Obama includes reference to Hitler.

Now I understand that not all Americans like Obama. Not all Americans liked Bush II. But I've always taken great pride in the fact that we, as Americans, can criticize our elected officials when we disagree with their decisions. But there comes a times when criticizing and slinging **** cross paths. In my mind, anyone who considers them self an American would want to see our deficit fixed, our foreign policy improved, our education system updated, and our unemployment problems solved. IMO, when a politician makes a point of publicly saying that his main goal in life is to see Obama not be reelected next year, it tells me he has no interest in solving America's problems. When a person slings accusations putting Obama in the same class as some of the world's most heinous people, it tells me they're not interested in solving America's problems, but rather they wish to continue to see America's decline as a great nation.
I'll close my rant with this:
If I wrote an article that implied comparing the US Marine Corps to the Imperial Japanese Army, the Waffen SS, or the Sudan People's Liberation Army, I think you would agree that it wouldn't be worthwhile reading for the forumites. I'm not trying to stifle anyone publishing from mentioning the articles, if that's their cup of tea, but if you think it's worthwhile reading, I'd hope you'd be prepared to justify it. Maybe a more suitable forum for the trash would be http://www.ihateobama.com/, but that's just my opinion.

I couldn't agree more with what Parrot is saying. You're trying to attach some credibility to something/someone who/which has none. If you choose to post these types of opinions please do us all a favor and say it's your personal opinion or Vankin's personal opinion. For the record Vankin has a "PhD" in Philosphy from the UNACCREDITED Pacific Western University. Here's some interesting reading about this institution of "higher learning" which he obtained this "degree". from. He admits himself on his website that he is not a mental health professional.

Parrot, I appreciate your sentiments! I am actually not generally politically opinionated, and have never sought to discredit our President. That email came to me out of the clear blue, and I simply thought it was interesting. I checked it out of snopes.com (didn't find anything) and posted it thinking it was harmless reading. In retrospect I see that I should have exercised a little more discretion. So, if I offended anyone...I apologize! And you're right...if anyone discredited my beloved Corps, I wouldn't take it lightly!
