Librarian,
I think your doing A fine job.I know working 7 days A week can't be fun.I always enjoy coming to your restaurant.
I also believe if someone recommends that you try A new food you'll take it under advisement.Keep up the good
work.

I would agree with all the positive comments on here.

I managed to get in to the Book House at lunch time for the first time last week. Right after the "loud" music incident. Nice pleasant atmosphere. I had the medium burger. I wanted bacon on it, onion rings instead of fries. Not a problem, have it your way. It was the best burger I've had outside of the States in a long time.

Keep it going, Jeremy. You have a nice place there. =D> =D> =D>

When you say Andy's Yorkshire pudding's, are you referring to the same guy that used to do the baking at the City Lodge?

If it's the same guy, he used to bake excellent crumpets.

You can keep them fresh by freezing them and they still cook quickly in a toaster/under a grill, regardless.

Just a thought from a BIG crumpet fan!

If you can get your hands on some beef suet it helps to make a great looking and tasting yorky pudd. They even smell great when they're cooking!

Now, back to Andy's tasty crumpets... (hint, hint!)

Me, too, but I also like 'em hot & buttered and/or with melted cheese.

They also go great with Marmite and Vegemite!

librarian: if you can get your hands on some beef suet, I've got a great recipe for you.

Now, back to Andy's crumpet's... :D
