Yes, they do breakfast...
As they are a guest house, they are always open.. but not sure what time they start to serve breakfast, you'll need to phone them for more info. 080-421-0654

Thanks Stevo, out side ring road. google map show's inside ring road and on other side of Naphalai.

For those unsure,The Gallery is located in the soi JUST BEFORE the Hyundai/Volkswagen garage.
From the Napalai on your left hand side,go straight on up to the traffic lights and turn right.....the soi is around 20/30 metres on your left.

Very good food last night. Had to go home after that feed and sleep, hence being awake at this time.
