For Everyones info, GOURMET MEATS out of Korat will now be on Sale out of The Sportsbar - Soi Sampan with our 1st delivery of Meat arriving later today from Korat, so tomorrow we should be good to go with fingers Crossed.

We are opening UDON GOURMET MEATS and we have Display Fridge and Freezers in the Bar for all of our customers to View what is on offer and they can sit and have a Beer or a Cider or even maybe a Coffee or a Cup of Tea ( for you Telty Ron ).

You can catch up on all the previous days and nights Sports Results from around the world, Grab some Fresh and Frozen Meats.

Gourmet Sausages in various Flavors and Sizes, Pre Cooked Meats already Sliced for sandwiches, Roast Lamb, Corned Beef, Fresh Ham, Bacon, Aged Steaks, both Bulk Cuts and Sliced to customer requirements.

Various Cheese cut to requirements, Pickled Onions, Pickled Eggs and Beetroot will be coming as soon as they are ready to go.

Xmas Hams will be arriving in a few Weeks Smoked, and Double Smoked Available - so get your orders in if you require them for your Xmas Dinners.

Excellent news having sampled many a product of theirs previously at the Big sausage

All good the trucks been and gone, Freezers are full and fridge is stocked.

Come and have look at the cuts of steaks, Thick Juicy Sirloins and Ribs eyes, full stock of Sausages, Marinated pork steaks, Ham, Bacon, Cheeses should be in the fridge late tomorrow, drop in to the Sportsbar Soi Sampan.

Open at 10 am everyday, close between 9 and midnight, depends on numbers but 10am - 10pm seems the norm unless the sport is on the tellies mainly on weekends, but not expecting many shoppers out that late

3/4 of the product is in and weighed and priced, the rest 2 morrow.

The Aged Beef Steak, Rib Eye and Sirloin looks exceptional after cutting, a few on the bbq tonight will be a good judge, we had a Fillet last week at the Melbourne Cup on the BBQ and no complaints from the bar punters.

Will be a few days to we get all in order, but looking good with some sales today already from customers.

Should be fresh cooked Corned Beef Rolls and Sandwiches on the Bar tomorrow with a Cut of Corned Beef in the Pot now, it will be on the board daily for the Special of the Day, will have packed sliced Corned Beef, Roast Lamb and Pork / Ham to follow so you do not need to take home 2 or 3 kg's to cook up and small packs of quality Cheeses and Pickles.

Whats the approximate size of the smoked hams please?Started eating some of the various goodies I got from you Wednesday, starting with the pork sausages for this mornings breakfast .They were the nearest to the English ones I used to enjoy back home, I have yet had, here in Udon.Delicious.

Glad you enjoyed the Sausages Trubrit =D> , Hams are between 4 and 7 kg's, they look and taste as good as you get back home. Hope to see you in for the Cricket Next week as the English start the 7 one day games against Sri Lanka on Wed 26th Nov, should be a great series.
