The Tigers Restaurant (Thai Food)

Located about 30m from the corner of Soi Sampan & Prajak rd. (a few shops over AJ internet and same side of street). Price of most dishes average 60bt. Nice decor, clean, A/C and friendly staff. They advertise Thai & European cuisine, but I only saw Thai food on the menu. The small selection of meat fillet/steak were the closest thing to western. A western breakfast is available, but it hasn't been added to the menu. The menu is in Thai & English. Presently, they're open from 0900-2200, but in the near future they'll open at 0700.

They have brewed coffee, the real stuff not the 3-1 crap or instant (didn't ask about tea). Wifi available (password protected), but staff didn't know the key at the time. Hopefully, they work out those little kinks soon.

Also, directly across the street is another Thai place that looks interesting, looks like a noodle house & bakery. Next on my list...
