I often get told off by my wife for trying to make jokes with Thais. She says they don't understand my jokes and think I'm being serious, and or at least they don't until they get to know my style.
Anyway to get to the point of this post, I do like puns. They seem to be used more often in the media these days than in the past. I even spotted these two in today's business news items, which amused me. Yes, I'm fairly easily amused.

INVESTORS jumped aboard Stagecoach Group yesterday on hopes for an upturn in bus revenues and a return of cash to shareholders.
Shares in the £1.7billion public transport giant accelerated 9p to 249p as JPMorgan Cazenove told clients to buy with a 280p price target.
The broker added: “We believe falling UK unemployment will drive volumes and revenues in both the US bus and rail segments.
