Thin wall PVC

Does anyone know where I can locate some thin-wall, light weight pvc? I am looking for 4 inch schedule 40 and under. This stuff is easy to find in the states, used for sewer but I can't find here. I did find some black pvc fittings at the place across the road and close to Home Pro that seemed much lighter in weight than the blue but no pipe to go with, so I know the lighter weight stuff is around. No pressure on the pipe, not for water, just protection from airline baggage loaders for my 7 foot fishing rods.

I recently bought some 2" Blue drainpipe at a smaller hardware shop on the road to Sakon Nakon, on the left heading out of town. If you get to the 2nd U-turn, you've gone to far. I would guess any shop that sells sand, gravel, cement should carry drainpipe

I've tried a few, Global House had the lighter weight fittings, but all the 4" was sched. 80, or so. I am sure that they don't use the heavy weight pipe for drain, I'm just not looking in the right place or asking the right people.
