No me too, using Firefox and IE the same, but to be honest at the time I do have difficulty with other sites, so I suspect an internet fault rather than site.

Same, same.

I was unable to make a post or refresh through Opera. Tried Firefox - same thing. Then got in with IE and eventually went back to Opera which by then was OK again!! :?

Everything is ok here via my trusty old GPRS modem, luckily I've never experienced a time-out to date.

I'm not sure about AOL yet, I will contact the host about it and see what they can tell me.

Yes, I've had similar problems throughout today/saturday - I believe the message was "Timeout".

I have TTnT adsl and every once in awhile I will be unable to connect to the server,One time ,I went several days trying different browsers etc.!Then I disconnected the powerline to the router, reconnected it and after a few minutes, everything was OK!

Now ,whenever I lose the ability to reach a server ,I do the same thing ,and I get the connections right away!

I don't know why this happens, but it works for me!Hope it helps someone else! :D

The reason that it works is because when you reconnect you are connecting through a different ISP Number. This means that the initial ISP Number you were using was either being over used or experiencing problems along the way to the hosted web site you are attempting to access.

When disconnecting, it is important that you leave your router off for approximately 30 seconds to a minute to ensure that you will reconnect through a new ISP Number. Turning off and back on again right away may result in you being connected to the original offending ISP Number.

Yes I to have this problem. What I have noticed is if the bar of progression does not comeup rather than waiting for a timeout, i just hit the link again. sometimes I have had to hit it more than once, but this method seems to work.
