Today's lucky lottery number

There have been a number of stories in the Thai press this week about lucky lottery revelations.....one a cock-eyed banana tree and another a coconut tree with an elongated snake like appendage. But today's Thai Rath story of the lottery-number-revealing-teary-eyed-turtle takes the cake.
We westerners laugh......but a half-km line of villagers waited for the opportunity to see the turtle themselves.
According to the story, on 14 July a farmer was taking care of his buffalo and noticed a turtle along the edge of the rice field. He decided to take it home. On his way home, he met another farmer.....and they decided they would cook up the turtle for a meal. Well, the turtle would have none of that....and it (the turtle) started to cry. When they took the turtle home and told family members what happened.....the turtle blurted out a 3 digit number 556 in the voice of a man.
Well, gosh golly who'd'a believed that on 16 July, the Thai lottery 3 digit pick was 556?

All I can say is, that village must be concocting some vicious lao kao!
