Boy where to start on cost. This is what we had done.

Built a parking area for the motorcycles

Outside storage room 12 ft x 12 ft.

Raised the water tank one meter high, replumbed the water system with larger pipe moved the pump next to the house.

Replaced the bath room tile with non slip tile, added new mirrors and enclosed shower installed western tissue holders. New sink

Added two cabinets in the kitchen, added sections of the wall area in tile.

Built and installed three new gates, manufactured a ramp for the bikes.

Replaced hardware on existing gate and front screen sliding boors and up grade on hardware

Added awnings over the bike parking area

Painted the entire exterior of the house with heat reflective fungus resistant paint, including all exterior walls.

Added a sink to the wife’s outside Thai Kitchen

Installed a hard wood attached closet covering one entire wall floor to ceiling

That is what I can think of at the moment still have finish work going on I on the closet.

We will finish just under 210 K baht :pirate:

Well I have ran out of things for them to do, so they are out of work. I was hoping I could keep them busy until things picked up. Didn't happen so they are available if you have something for them to do. Was it everything perfect no. usually isn't in this type of thing but I got a good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

This guys are not contractors they are the craftsman contractors hire. So no web sites ect. If you have something to do PM me and I will try to get the two of you in contact. They don't speak English.

I'm happy with what I ended up with this time, you know as little a two months ago these guys were all to busy to have done this. I thought at some point construction would slow so I waited and I'm happy I did. :pirate:
