Postby Ing_udon » November 10, 2009, 3:30 pm

November 2009: Mrs. Umnuay Sodapila, a 48 year old from Tambon Chiangpin, Muang, Udon Thani, reported a robbery to the police. She said a couple had robbed her at gunpoint and got away with 2,000 baht. The incident took place at her business premises, in Tambon, Chiangpin.

She told the police that she was at her business with her grandchild. Then suddenly a motorbike parked in front of the shop. A man wearing helmet (covering his face), black jacket and black trousers, walked into the shop while the woman sat on the bike waiting.

The man asked for some cigarettes. Then as she reached for the cigarettes he put a gun to her neck, tied her up and took her money. Soon after that her neighbor came to help her out. Police are investigating.

I'm really seeing to much about guns lately in the news. I beginning to think I'm the only one in Thailand that doesn't have one
