In Nong Khai Province we do have dog vets so i might go and ask if i can finance a program to put the worst local mutts out of their misery.

So you think that selling dogs for meat is cruel, yet you poisoned to death cats that were bothering you? bearing in mind that the cats would die a horrible and painful death. That's not cruel?
