I have 5 kids and 7 adults to take to a waterfall anyone know which is best to visit for a day out? I read it's a 5 kilometer walk to Tham Ngam waterfalls is this true coz the kids won't handle that should we try Young Thong instead??
Not much has water right now, the closest is on the way to Phu Foilum, though not much of a waterfall. Should be ok with kids, but waterfall and kids don't exactly sound like the safest place to have fun. Here it seems anything with a pitch is a waterfall and tourist attraction. Where I come from, it's simply a stream, though after Niagra Falls, hard to impress unless something unique.
Not much water around at this time.Take them to the Mekong river beach,West side of the Friendship bridge in Nong Khai. You can wade out to the middle, rent inter tubes and eat all day.Good outing for a group such as yours!
Thanks guys next time I'm going straight to Nong Khai !!I
