I'm sorry could you pm the link to this property. I can't see it and I have never advertised on there, or maybe it is a different web site, it is possible that an older advert from some years ago may have had a different price.

Yes I was asked by the owner to advertise this property at 3.7 million baht and have done so on 3 different web sites. The owner has since decided to drop the asking price and has gone ahead and put up this new advert with the lower asking price without informing me, he has now informed me that this property is now only for sale and not for rent. I hope that clears things up and thank you for letting me know, I need to go and make some corrections now.
