Where to meet "nice" girls in Thailand?

I've been several times to Thailand, but I'm not really into the whole "whore" deal.

A couple of times, I was traveling with my then wife, now ex.

I've had massages, with the happy ending, but I've never been with a whore and don't really even care about it.

I do really like the Thai girls and find them very atractive.

Where can you meet "nice" girls to date and get to know and see where it leads?

I'm from the US and I'm a very young 44, single, no children, and I'm a travel agent.

Any thoughts?

There are "nice" girls all over the country ...I met mine in Udon last year by chance...Wasn't looking it just happened that way It took 5 months before we were allowed to go out together without an escort or sleep under the same roof and that only happens because we now have the blessing of her parents.....still unsure whether we can stay together at the farm but I'll find that one out soon (back in Udon Wednesday ) So either you'll have to go the Long way round with frequent visits and obstain from sexual pleasures....or do a "Fast Track" and get married before you come home...Don't recommend that one ...might be best to just have some fun and see what happens....I had fun in Bkk and the rest happened in Udon its now a year down the road and we're both still happy

My first thought!If I had 10 baht for every guy I have heard say the don't like whores,want to meet a nice girl, and they fall for a bar girl prostitute because they provide a GFE(girl friend experience)!

I doubt Thailand ''whores'' are anything like a whore in your home country.So I say,read a lot in forums,other sites(especially stickmanofbangkok)and make up an appropiate plan to be applied in Thailand!Most important:STICK to the plan!

Nice girls never sleep with you on your early dates,especially virgins!But that generally runs true with divorcees also!That is not 100%,but it will give you a leg up on actually finding a good girl if you make it one of your rules!

Panick has it right. You can't come here and hang around the mall by day and meet some nice ladies then hang at the bar half the night. Think about in the states if you were to date a lady and then go to the whore houses at night. When she found out, don't you think she will pe pisised off. You betcha.

My only disagreement with Panick is: Is Bangkok to close to have a bit of fun?

If you want a 'nice' girl, you will have to look elsewhere than the bar's. Girls who work in bars are 'usually' so called working girls (if you know what I mean).

'Nice' girls take time to meet. It's not like back home where you can just go to a club or bar/pub and meet a girl. You have to spend time in Thailand and eventually you will meet one....or two...or three...

Naughty is not the same as bad,is it??

Chances are,if you ruled out the ''bar girls'',you still wouldn't know a nice girl from a bad girl.You have to give it plenty of time,learn about Thai''culture'',give plenty of more time.If she rushes anything,I would take that as a sign of ''bad''!

nice girls in thailand..............pretty much the same place you find them in the rest of the world. if you are not planning on living here, or plan on getting married after a very short courtship and go thru all the hoops and paperwork, cross your finger, toes, testicles and pray for a visa approval, then i would suggest looking a little closer to home for that nice girl. as pointed out, they are here, you are not, and take a bit of time to invest, you don't have, and chances of success, with short courtship/marriage/visa, slim, long distance relationship, slimmer.

dude, you got the world by the balls already. i would consentrate on meeting a gal in the travel industry, preferably one of the more stable airline. she'll have better bennys than you, but yours will definitely help. compatible/understandable work and schedules, with perks to take advantage of, travel with new partner and enjoy. that nice gal should be easy to meet at any travel/airline function party celibration holiday. you have to know people in the industry already. they always have parties, promotions, get togethers. i used to work for a US airlines, had a blast. i used to go to bowling tournaments in other cities and never bowled a frame. you have single gals always coming into the office looking for adventure. that's your job, provide. your job is almost as advantagous as a divorce lawyer or bartender. just open your eyes and personality up and you'll be amazed.
