A nice post Ray,well thought out.You do seem to take the forum very seriously and take a lot of comments personally, even when they are not directed at you but older farang in general.LA and Stan are similar and yet they just see the posts as valid opinion.
There are no dragons to slay or princesses to rescue, its just an internet forum of peoples opinions. Some you may not like.I am not a huge fan of Val's posting but i dont rant at him as his opinions are valid and interesting.

Ya I think your right John, but that paticular comment I was taking as to me I keep lying to myelf and have decided I don't fit in that category

I guess it comes from my childhood, my Father was 65 and was active till he died at 79.

Then there is the guy I know here who at 68, married had wonderful little with his wife. And a 19 year old Mia Noi. That is probably a little more active than I care to be.

My local hero 66 years old, on the bike everyday 8 to 12 hours a day, rides like a 18 year old even if the reactions are gone.

I guess everybodies heros are a little different as are experiences.

Your absolutley right no dragons, I should have never taken the sword out in the first place. I can do it. but, I don't like it.

So I will struggle for Mia Bpen Lia, I like it that way

John, very well said, - a very good and accurate assessment. I very much agree. Certainly my posts are not directed at anyone personally, (I am sure most are not) just food for thought and I'm interested in the views and opinions that come out along the way.
