Marriage Visa/US Citizen Question

I applied for and received a marriage visa a couple years back. I need to repeat that process soon. As a US citizen it's easy to get the income verification. The last time I did it at the outreach here in Khon Kaen. I seem to recall that it was free to get that document. Perhaps my memory is faulty. Does the income verification document cost anything for a US citizen? I can't reach anyone at the Embassy until Tuesday as Monday is MLK Day. The US consular visit here in KK is on Wednesday.

You can download the form from the Embassy web site and have it filled out before you go. If you do don't sign it
