Thai Motorcycle Number Plate

Could someone tell me if this is a genuine Thai number plate or a joke one. The numbers 555 would seem to point to the latter.

Saw a motorbike the other day with a 4 digit number plate. I've only seen 3 digit nubers before, with the number of motorbikes on the road you would think they would need 7 or 8 digits.
