I have been living in the Thai south for 10 years.Working and of course having WP and non B visa.
Now Im selling the business going to have a marriage visa issued here in the south. Moving to UT with the family to stay permanently.
Question is : Can I do the 90 days report at the UT immigration ? I have heard that at least earlier there could be problems and that the immigration officer insisted you should go back to the issuing immigration office every 90 days.....

I believe you're required to report a change of address within 48 hrs after relocating using Form TM 28, Form for Aliens to Notify Change of Address or Their Stay in Province over 24 Hours.

you can report 90 days anywhere in thailand , so when you do this at udon you can also say you have just moved and show the TM28....no problem at all...i have recently moved 2 times and did same...
