There's a small farmer's market located on the NW corner of Nong Prajak lake. It's there Friday and Saturday mornings and offers locally grown produce (hydroponics/organic), mushrooms, some fruits and plants/trees.
My wife picked up two lemon trees for 90bt each. A couple of "take away" salads made up of hydroponic greens for 30bt each, includes your choice of homemade dressing (apple, beet, mustard and more). A custard and sticky rice Thai dessert , 20 bt each.
Some of the vendors display phone numbers and facebook/email addresses if wanting more info. A link to the salad lady's facebook page is here: https://www.facebook.com/klakul?fref=ts

Farmers Market
Thanks for the info. I enjoy visiting a good farmer's market. Do you really think the produce is organic? I know there are many very aggressive insects in Thailand, and I have a lot of gardening experience, so I'm really skeptical unless it's grown in a well controlled greenhouse.
